The Heartstrings Maid Cafe was established with one thing in mind: Providing an excellent maid cafe experience for our guests, while being flexible and easy to work with for event planners. We pride ourselves on our quality, working constantly to find ways to improve on and deliver the best service possible.
Food
Our food service team is comprised of multiple highly-trained individuals with real-world food service experience. Our food and drink service is designed per event for the needs of the individual cafe with a mind for food safety and taste while maintaining the cute aesthetic we love.
Table Entertainment
Not only the heart of the maid cafe experience but a special focus for the Heartstrings group, table service is one of our top priorities. Our cast are outgoing and engaging performers who love what they do. Members often develop a game or activity for their tables to do, which can range from card games like Apples to Apples, to even crafting a love potion for the guest to keep!
Stage Performances
The Heartstrings entertainment cast has over 10 dancers and singers who perform at our events in addition to serving at tables. Our performances are directed by a professional dancer and educator with training in a variety of styles to create high quality show experiences. Performances are always included in our services but extra performances are available for cosplay half time shows, opening ceremonies, or even stand alone
Events
Heartstrings primarily works with anime and fan conventions located in the Southeast United States, but we are always available to discuss other events, even outside of our usual operating region. We are also open to working private events, such as birthdays, business events, or even a unique get-together with friends.

After Hours
Looking to add a little spice to your event? In addition to our all-ages performances and daytime cafe we also offer our “after hours” performance: The Magic Casino. The Casino is an 18+ event with no-stakes gambling, mocktails, and alternate outfits and performances that are sure to get the crowd wild! Click the link above to see more.
